For your security,
please do not trust anyone who asks you to transfer money in advance
or provide your credit or debit card details over the phone.

2

Please make your payment

only to the staff member you requested

after they arrive.

3

Only the staff member you requested should arrive.
If a different person arrives, you may refuse the service and send
them back

without making any payment.

4

Before requesting a staff member, please ask your hotel reception
whether outside guests are permitted. If your hotel does not allow
visitors and a staff member has already travelled to your location,
you may be required to cover the staff member’s transportation expenses.
